As each item is made especially for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.
However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Refunds or replacements are offered if your item arrives damaged, mislabelled, or if you receive the wrong product. If this happens, please email sarah@notjustaunties.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
