When will I get my order?
Each item is made especially for you, so orders usually take 3–7 days to be prepared before they’re shipped.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typical estimates are:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with trusted production partners around the world. Your order will be printed and shipped from the location that can deliver it most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
For international orders, customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are unfortunately outside of our control.
If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
My order should be here by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, it’s worth checking a few things:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the address is correct
- Check with your local delivery office
- Ask neighbours in case it was left nearby

What if I entered the wrong address?
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we may not be able to recover the order once it has been shipped.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that an additional shipping fee may apply.
