What’s your return policy?

As each item is made especially for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us at sarah@notjustaunties.com and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

If this happens, please email sarah@notjustaunties.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

As each item is made to order, we’re not able to offer exchanges.

If you’re unsure, we recommend checking these before placing your order, as this will help you find the size that feels right for you.

What if my item is mislabelled?

While rare, mistakes can happen.

If you believe your item has been mislabelled, please contact us at sarah@notjustaunties.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
