How are your products made?

Each piece is made especially for you once you place your order.

We work with trusted production partners around the world, so your item is printed and shipped from the location that can do it most efficiently. This helps us reduce waste and create more thoughtfully, rather than mass-producing items that sit on shelves.

How are your designs printed onto T-shirts and fabric items?

We use a method called Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. This allows your design to be printed directly onto the fabric, giving a soft feel and a natural, long-lasting finish.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.

I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re really sorry if something isn’t quite right.

Please email sarah@notjustaunties.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll look into it straight away and make sure it’s resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Can I collect my order?

At the moment, we’re not able to offer collection, as each item is made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.
